Enterprise Sales Representative

You’re good at: 

  • Understanding the user, are customer focused, and know the problems customers are trying to solve. 
  • Knowing our product in-and-out, and how it will solve the customer’s problems. 
  • Working with a collaborative sales team. 
  • We’re growing quickly, so you’re good at building the airplane and flying it too! 

Extra awesome: 

  • You love inspiring others with enthusiasm.  
  • You have a “never say never” attitude . 
  • You thrive on closing business with new customers. 

 What you’ll do: 

  • Pursue new sales opportunities, conduct awesome demos. 
  • Take sales leads from demo to closing, working daily on moving those leads through the sales journey to closing. 
  • Working with leadership team members to enhance the sales strategy and refine market segmentation and messaging.     
  • Develop monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans. 
  • Strive to meet and exceed sales quotas. 
  • NO cold calling! Your leads will already be booked in your calendar. 

What you’ll need:  

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.  
  • Drive to achieve sales goals. 
  • Understand what clients need. 
  • The ability to lean quickly and solve problems. 
  • Be a collaborator in an individual performer role.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken. 

Not necessary, but an asset: 

  • 3+ years of software sales experience. 
  • A proven track record of exceptional selling of SaaS products . 
  • Experience using CRM software to optimize sales performance. 

More Details: 

  • You can expect a six-figure compensation; combination of base salary (with draw), and generous commission. 
  • Full-time position. 
  • Remote (for now).
